Pre-Swim Salve 200g

Made with a blend of nourishing ingredients and whole-plant infused oil, this pre-swim salve is designed to provide your skin with a protective barrier before entering the pool. It gently shields your skin from the drying effects of chlorine.

This salve includes:

  • Organic coconut oil & organic raw cocoa butter: Rich in fatty acids, these two ingredients create a lovely film on the skin that helps to keep the chlorine out and the moisture in.

  • Seasonally infused organic olive oil: Depending on what l have in the garden or in my herb cupboard, this oil might be infused with calendula or chamomile.

  • Locally sourced beeswax: Just enough beeswax to create a semi-firm salve that softens when warmed between the hands.

Please note, this salve does not provide UV protection. If you are swimming outside, ensure you apply your sunscreen first and allow it to absorb before you apply the salve.

Thoughtfully packed in a tin rather than in amber glass, so you can cart it to and from the pool without having to worry about any breaks!

  • Warm balm between the hands and apply a layer to skin prior to swimming.

    If you are using sunscreen, apply it before the balm.

  • This salve does not provide UV protection. Apply sunscreen first and allow it to absorb before applying the pre-swim salve if you are swimming outside.
